Pricing Policy
All prices quoted include sales tax, however are exclusive of freight and handling charges. Prices may fluctuate due to availability. Price and availability of products offered on the web site are subject to change without prior notice.
To the extent we provide information on availability of products, you should not rely on such information. Product packaging is subject to change without notice and images of the product packaging online may differ from the actual product shipped.
PREVEST Direct will not be liable for any lack of availability of products you may order through the web site. For all merchandise, PREVEST Direct reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors or changing market conditions.
Due to the fast pace of the dentistry and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, PREVEST Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation.
You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish. While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, PREVEST Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on a wrongly-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PREVEST Direct shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We believe that day-in, day-out, our pricing is very attractive relative to our competition. Combined with our product assortment, product availability and service level, we believe that we offer a compelling shopping experience. With that in mind, we do not offer price protection.
PREVEST Direct reserves the right to cancel any order placed for any reason at all.
PREVEST Direct will place an order "on hold" for any of the following reasons. The billing address cannot be verified The customers email address is a non-working address. If a shipping request is unlikely to be met by the shipper. Shipping to certain city where delivery is not possible. If we for any reason suspect fraud.
Discount Policy
To get the best value from PREVEST Direct, you should consider buying in bulk (several units of the same item and/or several different items per order). This is because the more you buy the less you pay per item plus availing free shipping and freight. Consider buying in bulk to share the cost savings with your friends.
On each successful order purchase on www.prevestdirect.com, you will be entitled for discount as per below slab.

Making Purchases
If you wish to make purchases of products described on the web site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to PREVEST Direct will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.
Payment Methods
PREVEST Direct accepts VISA, MasterCard with no additional surcharges. For your protection, we check all credit cards for potential fraud. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. We do not accept C.O.D. or cheque orders.
Shipping Handling Policy
- Delivery times may vary, but most items will be processed with 3-4 working days the order & payment is confirmed.
- Any orders placed Friday EVENING through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please specify any shipping instructions in the customer comments section of the order form.
- All Public Holidays are observed and may delay shipping.
- Orders are shipped via courier or Speed Post
- PREVEST Direct does not offer a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) delivery service.
- Please Note: To better serve you and to protect your shipment, most orders will be shipped signature required. Any orders returned to PREVEST Direct as Undeliverable will incur an additional ground shipping charge to reship the order.
- PREVEST Direct ships from Jammu (J&K).
Returns
PREVEST Direct offers a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase for any UNOPENED product ordered from PREVEST Direct. We reserve the right to charge a 20% return fee for any non-defective unopened products returned to PREVEST Direct. Customers will be responsible for return freight charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please be familiar with the item you are purchasing. Products that have been OPENED cannot be resold and as such return not acceptable .
PREVEST Direct requires a return authorization number (RMA) for any product being returned. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. Customers need to provide a sales order number and reasons of return to obtain a RMA number. Please contact our customer service department before returning any products. We recommend that you reference your RMA number on the outside of the return package and ship PREVEST Direct authorized couriers only.
Order Cancellation
All orders must be canceled the same day the order is placed within business hours (9am-5pm IST).
Email Policy
We read email from 9am to 4pm IST Monday to Saturday. We respond to your email in most cases by the next business day unless it requires research. If your email requires research, it may take longer.
Warranty
PREVEST Direct cannot and does not guarantee or warranty any of the products sold and is not responsible for your results and can not be held liable or indemnified for problems arising from using the products.
Free Shipping Policy
PREVEST Direct is now for a limited time offering FREE SHIPPING for all orders over Rs.1000.00 when shipped anywhere in India. Please see the terms listed below for more information, or feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
Free Shipping Terms:
- Your order subtotal must be over Rs. 1000.00 to be eligible for free shipping. The order subtotal of Rs.1000.00 is based on list prices on the web site. If your order is close to Rs
1000.00 you may add a few additional items to your cart and end up saving money in the end.
- Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within India.
- Normally the orders will be shipped by any reputed courier or Speed Post. For very large orders, we reserve the right to ship by any suitable mode of transport.
