VIROZYM is the 1% enzymatic high-strength enzymatic cleaner for pre-disinfection of surgical instruments and endoscopes.

About the Item:

  • 1. VIROZYM is a high-strength enzymatic cleaner formulated for the pre-disinfection or pre-sterilization cleaning of surgical instruments and endoscopes.
  • 2. Its potent composition includes a protease that targets and cleans peptide bonds, enhancing the removal of the most resistant organic
    contaminants.
  • 3. VIROZYM is a multi-action product that cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes in one step, while also removing stubborn deposits.
  • 4. This cleaner offers a safe process for users, as it is gentle on surfaces, does not foam, and is free from harsh chemicals like phenols, aldehydes, or chlorine.
  • 5. It has antimicrobial action, being both Bactericidal and Fungicidal, and is suitable for use in both ultrasonic cleaners and immersion baths.
  • 6. Recommended usage: Dilute to 1% with water, immerse instruments immediately for 15 minutes, then rinse, dry, and discard the solution
    daily.
  • 7. Indications for use: Used for manual and ultrasonic cleaning and disinfection of rotary, surgical, and other dental/medical instruments.

Instructions for Use : The concentrate is to be diluted with portable water to 1% concentration (10ml in
1 litre). Immerse instruments immediately after use in the solution and soak for 15 minutes. Rinse the
instruments with water and dry after disinfection. Discard the used solution daily and prepare fresh
solution daily. Do not mix with other cleaning agents or disinfectants
Warnings : Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause damage to
organs through prolonged or repeated exposure.
IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOTinduce vomiting.
IF ON SKIN(or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and
continue rinsing. Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell.
Precautions :
♦ Wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks, goggles for protection. Wash your
hands after handling.
♦ It is recommended to replace the solution, especially in the presence of high levels of organic
contamination (blood , saliva).
Contraindications :Avoid heat
Storage Conditions : Store at temperature between 10°C (50°F) to 24°C (75°F). Keep away from
moisture and heat. Close the cap carefully after use. The shelf life of the product is valid only if left
unopened and stored in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life : 3 years from the date of manufacturing

Disposal Conditions :To be disposed off based on the prevailing rules of the country in which it is used.
