Instructions for Use :

• Shake the pen well for 5 seconds.
• Apply petroleum jelly to the inside of lips and gums prior to starting treatment.
• Remove cap from the brush end.
• The gel will be dispensed on the brush tip by gently rotating bottom of the pen clockwise. First time use requires additional rotations for the gel to appear on the brush tip.
• Gently apply a thin layer of gel onto teeth, avoiding gums or lips.
• Continue to twist the pen to apply more gel during application.
• Be sure to cover all surfaces of the tooth.
• Wait 20 seconds for whitening liquid to dry on teeth before allowing contact with lips and tongue.
• Leave the gel on your teeth for 10 minutes, then wipe off.
• Rinse your mouth with water.
• Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after application.
• Repeat as needed. Do not exceed 2 applications per day.
• You may brush using toothbrush before or after, however, it is recommended that you brush after using the gel pen.

The dispensed material shall not be placed back in container and the dose once applied and used shall not be reused.

Warnings : Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin (allergic contact dermatitis), and eyes. Avoid prolonged inhalation. Do not take internally. Contact with the skin may cause irritation, burns or hypersensitivity. If contact with skin occurs immediately wipe off thoroughly with cotton and alcohol and then wash well with soap and water. If skin rash and sensitization or other allergic reaction occurs discontinue the use and seek medical attention. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and consult a physician. It should not be used with patients who have a history of severe allergic reaction to any of the components.

Precautions : Only natural teeth can be bleached. Pregnant and lactating women are advised to avoid whitening treatment. Check patient’s history for allergies to carbamide peroxide/hydrogen peroxide and other ingredients. If you experience any problem, consult your dentist.

Contraindications : Do not use, who are known to be allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not used in patients with periodontal disease. The use of product is contraindicated in pregnant or lactating women.

Storage Conditions : Store at temperature between 10°C(50°F) to 24°C(75°F). Close the cap carefully after use.
Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.

Shelf Life : 3 years from the date of manufacturing
