About the Item:

  • 1. VIROGUARD Foam is a ready-to-use, alcohol-free foaming disinfectant spray with a broad antimicrobial spectrum.
  • 2. It combines excellent cleaning and disinfecting properties to ensure the protection of patients and staff.
  • 3. The alcohol-free formulation is ideal for the rapid disinfection of sensitive medical equipment surfaces, such as incubators, monitors, plexiglass, and upholstery materials (including leatherite and plastic).
  • 4. It is also suitable for all general medical equipment surfaces, including beds, stretchers, work benches, and all other medical devices.
  • 5. VIROGUARD Foam is fast-acting, leaves no residue after drying, and does not affect the medical equipment itself.
  • 6. Its activity spectrum is confirmed to be Bactericidal and Fungicidal under dirty conditions.

Composition:

  • N-(3-aminopropyl)-N-dodecylpropano-1, 3-Diamine, Didecyl-dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, 2- Butoxyethanol Surfactant , Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, pH modifier and water

Instructions for Use : Spray directly on the surfaces and objects to be disinfected and leave the surfaces
wet for 30 sec for effective disinfection and wipe with the clean lint free disposable cloth. For difficult
surfaces such as keyboards, displays, monitors and control panels, use wet clean disposable cloth with
spray foam and thoroughly wipe the surfaces.
Warnings : Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause damage to
organs through prolonged or repeated exposure.
IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOTinduce vomiting.
IF ON SKIN(or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and
continue rinsing. Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell.
Precautions :
♦ Advised for use on surfaces of medical devices by professionals only.
♦ Wear protective gloves and garments and protect the eyes and face. Wash your hands after
handling.
♦ Do not rinse or mix with any other disinfectants.
Contraindications :Avoid heat
Storage Conditions : Store at temperature between . Keep away from moisture
10 C(50 F) to 24 C(75 F)
and heat. Close the cap carefully after use. The shelf life of the product is valid only if left unopened and
stored in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life : 3 years from the date of manufacturing
Disposal Conditions :To be disposed off based on the prevailing rules of the country in which it is used.
